The Pyeongchang Winter Olympics are over - and for the first time in Olympic history, a single broadcaster has delivered the games in 21 languages across 48 European countries. The winter games have reached more screens and more viewers in Europe than any Olympics before - with 4.5 billion videos views, 1.7b.hours of video consumption and 386 million users alone across Discovery-owned or operated digital platforms. We are very proud to have been part of Discovery/Eurosport's pan-European production team, coordinating and producing content from Korea onsite, the Paris headquarter and several local production hubs across Europe - and presenting the Olympics to a younger audience with a fresh look and feel.
